A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF MIDDLE SCHOOL FOLK CULTURE CURRICULUMS DEVELOPED IN TURKEY

This research aimed to make a comparative analysis of 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2018 Middle School Elective Folk Culture Course Curriculum. For this, descriptive model was adopted in the document technique used. The data source study Curriculums published by Ministry National Education Board 2006-2007-2008 2018. In collection process two forms were used; Comparative Document, Curriculum Analysis Forms. analyzed descriptively. According results, it determined that sections such as commission list, activity examples, definition purpose folklore description course 2006-2007 2008 curricula not included curriculum. When structural features curriculum examined, did include skills, but instead competencies core skills. addition, different values are curriculum; has been concluded there substantial similarities learning areas acquisitions. examining dimension teaching-learning process, although detailed examples activities daily lesson plans related each acquisition no sample evaluation dimension, while measurement tools explained detail their outcomes included, measurement-evaluation methods
